No party kits at AGPC

We were visiting my in-laws in the Chicago suburbs this past weekend. My 7 year old DD and I decided to drive downtown to AGPC to get the Totally Tropical party kit for her birthday party -- but AGPC did not have it at all! I didn't realize it was a catalog only item. We were a bit disappointed but we spent the next hour browsing in the store and we got 2 new glasses for her dolls (the lilac one and the rectangle one -- these are so cute!)

Overheard at AGPC while we were there:

Mother to daughter: "Honey it's not about money, it's about what YOU want."

Mother to AG customer service: "You mean we flew ALL the way to Chicago and you don't have it in stock??"

A man to his female companion: "I wish I had thought of this (meaning the whole AG enterprise). I could have made a killing."
